At Tullamarine Meghan and Charlotte waved me goodbye as I started another overseas adventure. Eight principals and I are travelling together. The food has been very nice. I consider Emirates to be the best airline when all things are considered.
I’ve watched A Star is Born, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Green Book, Stan & Ollie, Rosie, Whitney Houston and Three Identical Strangers.
Safely in Dubai now, with four hours to wait. Fortunately I ave scored a reclined seat and I’m going to try to get some shut -eye.

My accommodation at the Ripa Roma Hotel. It’s quite modern and arty. The most embarrassing part was when i as drying my hand-washed undies on the balcony and they fell down 5 floors to land on the top of a rubbish bin! Highly embarrassed, I walked around the street to pick them up and stuffed them swiftly into my pocket. Talk about Mr Bean!
The principals walked down to the Tiber River for dinner. It was warm, vibrant and magical.
